Specialties & Approach
I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, stress and grief, but my experience spans a wide array of chronic clinical concerns. My therapeutic approach is relational and integrative, grounded in a psychodynamic perspective. I often incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), behavioral activation, person-centered techniques, relaxation training, and prolonged exposure therapies to meet the unique needs of each client.
